Assumptions
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Core (introduced 3 Sep 2026, replacing Enterprise at $175): about $195 per user per month, billed annually; Pro Suite: $100. Both are sold on annual contracts, so the same rate is used for both billing options. Core bundles Slack, Tableau Next, Premier Success and Flex Credits (per a third-party summary); if you use them, add what replacing them would cost under “Extra monthly cost after switching”.
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional: $100 per seat billed monthly, $90 billed annually. HubSpot also charges a mandatory one-time Professional onboarding fee ($1,500 per HubSpot's own pricing guide); it is not in the monthly cost, so include it in the one-time switching cost above. Sales Hub Starter ($15 / $9 per seat) costs far less but lacks many Professional features.
CSV header mapper
Rename exported Salesforce Sales Cloud column headers to suggested HubSpot Sales Hub column names, for reporting or manual data preparation. Not an official HubSpot Sales Hub import format. It runs in your browser. Headers are renamed and the values in kept columns stay unchanged; columns that look like passwords or other secrets are removed.
Renamed headers do not make a file import-ready. Check whether and how HubSpot Sales Hub accepts such data before importing, and create any custom fields there first. For contact lists, check opt-out and unsubscribe status separately before importing.

Twelve-month totals at half, the same and double the volume you entered above, with the other settings you chose (plan, billing, multiplier, switching and extra costs).
| Volume (CRM Team Seats) | Salesforce Sales Cloud | HubSpot Sales Hub | 12-month difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50% volume (6) | $1,170/mo | $600/mo | +$2,140 |

≈ = above the last published price tier, so the amount is extrapolated.
Questions
How is the total cost of Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot Sales Hub compared?
Each side's monthly cost is multiplied by the months in the horizon, and the one-time switching cost is added to HubSpot Sales Hub. At the default volume (CRM Team Seats: 12), the model gives about $2,340 per month for Salesforce Sales Cloud and $1,200 per month for HubSpot Sales Hub.

The mapper renames Salesforce Sales Cloud columns (Opportunity_ID, Opportunity_Name, StageName, Amount, CloseDate, OwnerId) to HubSpot Sales Hub columns (salesforce_opportunity_id, Deal Name, Deal Stage, Amount, Close Date, Deal owner) in your browser. Custom fields must exist in HubSpot Sales Hub before you import.
